### Strategy Overview

**Core Framework**\
Ultron Signal is powered by the proprietary **Market Pulse Index (MPI)**, which serves as the core indicator for assessing market strength, determining entry and exit points, and dynamically adjusting position size.

**Multi-Layer Dynamic Adjustment**\
The strategy integrates multiple market factors, including:

* Long-term moving averages (trend direction)
* RSI (market momentum)
* Recent realized volatility (market activity)

These elements collectively influence the system’s threshold levels, allowing Ultron Signal to automatically adapt to changing market structures.

**No-Short Filter**\
When buy-side strength significantly outweighs sell pressure, the system activates a **“No-Short” protection mode**, temporarily disabling short positions to reduce counter-trend risks and enhance decision flexibility.

## Stop-Loss Mechanism&#x20;

Ultron Signal does not employ a fixed stop-loss level.

The main reason is that each user applies different leverage, and a uniform stop-loss threshold could lead to delayed liquidation for high-leverage users or premature exits for low-leverage users. Instead, the strategy incorporates a **dynamic risk control framework**.

For example, when the strategy holds a long position and the market experiences an **overextended decline** while the **MPI starts to flatten out**, Ultron will automatically scale down or close positions *as the market rebounds*, creating a natural stop-loss effect.

Using **3× leverage** as an example: even during sharp drawdowns such as in **April 2025**, the **maximum drawdown (MDD)** was limited to around **20%**, keeping the risk within a controllable range. Therefore, we recommend operating the strategy with **leverage up to 3×**.

For users employing higher leverage, additional **take-profit and stop-loss conditions** can be customized within the **Advanced Settings** panel when subscribing to the OKX signal.
