Custom Alerts 可以設置快訊通知，當指標達到自定義的閥值，系統會觸發快訊到 Telegram Bot，方便用戶偵測指標動態。

## 如何設定 Custom Alerts

1\. 首先，完成 Telegram 帳戶的連結
