## What is Ultron Signal?

Ultron Signal is an exclusive copy trading strategy available to Gold members.

## How to Copy Trade

### Strategy Overview

Ultron Signal is powered by the proprietary **Market Pulse Index (MPI)**, which serves as the core indicator for assessing market strength, determining entry and exit points, and dynamically adjusting position size.

**Multi-Layer Dynamic Adjustment:**\
The strategy integrates multiple market factors, including:

* Long-term moving averages (trend direction)
* RSI (market momentum)
* Recent realized volatility (market activity)

These elements collectively influence the system's threshold levels, allowing the strategy to automatically adapt to changing market structures.

**No-Short Filter:**\
When buy-side strength significantly outweighs sell pressure, the system activates the "No-Short" mechanism and temporarily stops opening short positions,\
to reduce counter-trend risk and improve the flexibility of long/short decisions.

## Stop-Loss Mechanism

Ultron Signal does not employ a fixed stop-loss level. The main reason is that each user applies different leverage, and a uniform stop-loss threshold could lead to stop-losses that trigger too late for high-leverage users or exits that come too early for low-leverage users, while the strategy itself already has dynamic risk control logic built in.

For example, when the strategy holds a long position and the market experiences an overextended decline while the MPI starts to flatten out, Ultron will automatically scale down or close positions during the rebound, creating a "natural stop-loss" effect.

Using 3x leverage as an example: even during sharp drawdowns such as in April 2025, the maximum drawdown (MDD) was only around 20%, keeping the risk within a controllable range. Therefore, we recommend running the strategy with leverage of 3x or lower. If you use higher leverage, you can add your own take-profit and stop-loss conditions in "Advanced Settings" when subscribing to the signal on OKX.<br>
